You will participate in all stages of winemaking, including: daily reassembly, racking, pressing and first decanting phase.

  Come and live a few days in Italy. You will sleep in a modern farmhouse adjacent to the farm, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and private bathroom for each room. You will taste the many exquisite typical local products, including first of all our wines, Aglianico doc Irpinia, Fiano di Avellino docg, aglianico igt Campania.    The first day will be dedicated to the arrival of the guests to the company, with accommodation and lunch in a farmhouse. Acquisition of the elementary harvest techniques.
The next day the real experience in our vineyard will begin, following the path of the wine from the soil to the glass. After breakfast on the farm, the harvest will proceed with the participation of all the guests. Transportation of grapes to the cellar. Lunch in the vineyard. Pressing of the grapes and tasting of the must just obtained.

   In the following days, always after breakfast on the farm, (while waiting for the must to ferment to become wine) we will continue to discover the most beautiful places in Irpinia. Like Lake Laceno, Mount Terminio, the mountain of Montevergine, passing through Ospedaletto d’Alpinolo, a production center for Irpinia nougats, chestnuts from the priest and hazelnuts. A guided tour will follow between hazel groves, olive groves and company vineyards, with the acquisition of some breeding and production techniques adopted by the company.

   Every day, in addition to lunch, there will be dinner in a farmhouse or in the picnic area adjacent to it. Finally, after a few days, at the end of fermentation, the must becomes wine and it will continue with racking. By means of a soft pressing, the grape skins are separated from the wine, after which it is decanted. Your experience in the vineyard will allow you to personally participate in all stages of wine making. The evening will be followed by a tasting of typical local products and freshly produced new wine. As well as the wines of the previous vintage. The evening will be enlivened with songs and dances characteristic of Irpinia.

On the last day, after breakfast, your experience in our vineyard comes to an end - the journey of wine from the soil to the glass. In view of the departure, the company will greet the guests and deliver a precious cadeau.
